As you prepare to attend The Gathering West, please know that ensuring the safety of all exhibitors, attendees, and staff on-site is our top priority. With the recent developments of the COVID-19 Omicron variant, the state of California has extended its mask mandate until February 15th. Therefore, masks will be required at our upcoming event for all attendees and exhibitors indoors, regardless of vaccination status. We understand the importance of meeting face-to-face and we are working tirelessly to organize and deliver an event that will deliver the value that you need in a safe environment.
As there are likely to be more changes in the coming weeks, we will continue to monitor the situation and adjust our safety plan accordingly. For now, you can expect the following safety measures:
cleaning & hygiene
Cleaning & Hygiene
Including rigorous cleaning regime and increased sanitation of high traffic areas. The Town and Country cleaning products and protocols meet or exceed CDC and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines. The entire resort is deep cleaned and thoroughly sanitized regularly using Victory Innovations electrostatic disinfectant sprayers containing a hospital-grade disinfectant.
protect & detect

Protect & Detect
Face coverings will be required indoors at the event, regardless of vaccination status. We encourage all our attendees and exhibitors to get tested prior to the event.

Safety information will continue to be distributed to all attendees and exhibitors before and during the show. As you know, guidelines continue to change daily. Our decisions will be based upon the situation and guidance leading up to the time of the event. As the pandemic continues to evolve, so will we.
physical distancing

Physical Distancing
Meeting and banquet arrangements are set to allow for physical distancing between attendees including conference and table seating. In addition, self-serve banquet-style food service has been suspended and replaced by alternative service styles.
